Patrick Durbin, Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Patrick DurbinPatrick Durbin is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Planview, the award-winning leader in portfolio management solutions. With more than 30 years of experience in project management and resource management system design, he has designed multiple global management systems including Planview Enterprise. This comprehensive enterprise solution is designed to help organizations make better decisions by applying the discipline of portfolio management to projects, strategies, and business service delivery.

Since founding Planview in 1989, Pat has led the company to profitable growth, sustained customer loyalty, and introduced cutting-edge product innovation. Prior to founding Planview, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Artemis International and has held various positions at Sun Oil and McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing). A recognized visionary on IT portfolio management, he has worked with companies such as Reuters, Citigroup, BP, and Farmer's Insurance to help align work, resources, and business objectives across their enterprise. Pat has a BS in Aeronautics from Saint Louis University and an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Gregory S. Gilmore, President and Chief Operating Officer

Gregory S. GilmoreAs President and Chief Operating Officer, Gregory S. Gilmore has been a driving force behind Planview's explosive growth over the past ten years. Responsible for developing and implementing operating strategies designed to enhance customer service and increase worldwide sales, Greg has expanded Planview's global presence and helped grow the business tenfold.

As the author of the Planview Customer Development Value Stream as well as Value-Based Team Selling, he has consolidated the management of all customer and prospect-facing operations to provide world-class support and service to Planview's enterprise customer base. Greg is responsible for innovative offerings like Planview Direct, Planview E-Learning, Planview Premium support model, and Planview's Rapid Results program, enabling customers to reduce time to success by as much as 70%.

Greg has more than 20 years of experience in sales, consulting, and operations management at organizations including Ernst & Young, Texas Instruments, James Martin & Co, and ABT (acquired by Niku, now Computer Associates). He received his BS in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University.

Patrick A. Tickle, Executive Vice President of Products

Patrick A. TicklePatrick Tickle is responsible for the company's Products organization and leads the Planview team that continues to deliver the most innovative portfolio management solutions to the marketplace. Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in product management, product development, and marketing across a wide range of technology solutions.

Prior to joining Planview, Patrick served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management of ITM Software where he executed category development and product definition. He has also held a variety of product management and marketing positions at Terraspring, Inc. (an enterprise software company acquired by Sun Microsystems), MIPS, and Silicon Graphics. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.

Scott Hardey, Executive Vice President of Customer Service

Scott HardeyScott Hardey is Executive Vice President of Customer Service at Planview, an award-winning team providing implementation, support, consulting services, and education to Planview customers and partners. Under his leadership, Planview has gained a reputation as one of the most customer-focused and responsive software companies in the industry.

Scott has 20 years of sales and customer service experience, including 12 years with Planview where he has increased North American revenue through Planview's Value-Based Team Selling model, building customer relationships and information technology capabilities that have become a significant competitive differentiator. Prior to Planview, he held management positions at Fritz Companies and Texas Instruments. Scott earned a BS in Computer Science from Tulane University and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Thom Everett, Senior Vice President Sales Operations

Thom EverettThom Everett serves as Senior Vice President Sales Operations, and is responsible for driving positive growth in the Americas. His success in institutionalizing Planview's Value-Based Team Selling process, coupled with his proven ability to drive record revenue growth and customer achievement, makes Thom an exceptional leader for the Americas sales force.

With a 19-year track record leading high-growth sales organizations, Thom joined Planview as Director of Western Region Sales in 2005 from Compuware, where he served as a Vice President of Sales and was credited for leading his teams to the highest levels of achievement. He received his BA in Marketing from Northern Illinois University.

Jeff Durbin, Senior Vice President of European and Asia-Pacific Operations

Jeff DurbinWith more than 14 years with Planview in software development, implementations, and sales, Jeff Durbin is integral to the development of cohesive business solutions for Planview customers worldwide, ensuring pre-sales and post-alignment of products for long-term customer satisfaction.

Jeff works extensively with customers, prospects, industry analysts, Planview consultants, and developers to ensure that the company's business solution aligns with current customer requirements and exceeds expectations. He led the creation of the account management group to foster customer satisfaction, sponsoring and managing customer enhancements to deliver commercial value and maintain responsibility for Planview's 95% customer retention rate. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Southwestern University.

Steve Alexander, Senior Vice President of Planview Consulting

Steve AlexanderLeading the innovative Planview implementation approach to driving customer success, Steve Alexander is responsible for defining and managing the strategic direction of the company's global consulting services. Based on his experience in hundreds of implementations, he has defined an approach framework that focuses on results that derive from technology deployment, adoption, and end-user enablement of Planview solutions by ensuring the integration of tools, processes, and best practices. At Planview, he has continued his 18-year leadership track record, ensuring value is delivered from implementations while keeping customer costs to a minimum.

His prior experience included leading the global consulting team at Artemis International for eight years after building his own consulting company focused on IT re-engineering and project management. Steve served in the United States Marine Corps for eight years, serving on planning staff roles including the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Steve received a BS in Information Systems Management and Finance and completed graduate level work toward an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Rob Reesor, Vice President of Product Development

Rob ReesorRob Reesor is Vice President of Product Development at Planview, where he is responsible for managing and growing the development team while delivering on the company's product roadmap. He brings more than 25 years of experience in all phases of the product lifecycle, including programming, product management, quality assurance, and project management.

Rob joined Planview from Austin Logistics, where he served as Vice President of Engineering, overseeing software development, quality assurance, documentation, IT, and customer support. Prior to Austin Logistics, Rob served as Director of Product Development at Hire.com and held several management-level engineering positions with TIBCO, IntelliCorp, and Virtual Vineyards. Rob holds both a BS and MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Oregon.

Louise K. Allen, Vice President of Product Management

Louise K. AllenWith more than 15 years of experience in all facets of bringing technology products to market, Louise heads up product management for Planview, developing product strategy and overseeing execution and delivery.

Louise joined Planview from Quickarrow, where, as Vice President of Product Strategy, her efforts drove the company from self-funded startup to consistently profitable. Prior to this, she held leadership positions with companies including Tivoli Systems, an IBM company, and NetQoS. Louise received her BS in Business Administration from Trinity University, and her MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Linda Roach, Vice President of Marketing

Linda RoachLinda brings 17 years of experience in product management, product marketing, and corporate marketing to her role as Vice President of Marketing for Planview. Upon joining the company in 2004, Linda led the launch of Planview Enterprise, repositioning the company from a single product to a highly successful multiple product line.

Prior to joining Planview, Linda held management positions at Pervasive Software, VTEL Corporation, and Kodak where she led go-to-market initiatives covering new products, product line expansion, and opening new market segments. Linda holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has participated in Executive Education programs at the University of Michigan, Wharton School, and University of Texas at Austin.

Eric S. Hurley, Vice President of Legal Affairs

Eric S. HurleyEric provides counsel and guidance for Planview, managing legal affairs and transactions for the company globally. Responsible for issues of corporate security, governance, intellectual property, and litigation, Eric works closely with the executive management team in strategic planning and tactical implementation for the company.

Eric has 20 years of experience implementing creative, value-oriented contract negotiation and management, business process, and intellectual property strategies in the software, hardware, and computer services industries. Most recently, he was Vice President of Legal Affairs at Motion Computing, where he managed global legal affairs and all transactional, intellectual property, compliance, regulatory, and corporate governance affairs of the company. Previously, he held leadership positions with companies including Pavilion Technologies, CSC Financial Services Group, and Hogan Systems. Eric received his BBA in Marketing and his Business Law certificate from Southern Methodist University, and is a co-inventor on two issued United States patents.

Terry Doerscher, Chief Process Architect

Terry DoerscherTerry Doerscher has more than 25 years of operational and consulting experience with process development, project and resource management, strategic planning, and program and PMO management in nuclear, engineering, and IT fields.

Since joining Planview in 1999, Terry has helped more than 100 different organizations deploy and use Planview's products to effectively manage their strategies, assets, work, and workforce. As the Chief Process Architect for Planview, Terry is responsible for the Planview PRISMS™ Management Processes and Best Practices product and for coordinating its integration with Planview Enterprise software functionality. His deep understanding of unique challenges of knowledge worker environments, combined with his process discipline and engineering-inspired root cause analysis expertise make him an influential contributor to Planview's innovation within the industry and a trusted advisor to many of our customers.

Prior to Planview, Terry held various engineering, PMO, and outage management positions during 18 years in the public utility industry. A continuous learner, Terry received his formal engineering education in the elite Navy Nuclear Power Program, and served as Engine Room Supervisor aboard the fast attack nuclear submarine USS Los Angeles.
