Planview Continues Growth in Federal Sector

Company hires 18-year industry veteran and opens new federal office

According to Gartner Research, the U.S. government continues to be a vital vertical market for the growth in overall IT spending.

Planview also named Brian Mahoney as Director of Federal Sales. Mahoney will be responsible for heading the federal sales office for Planview and servicing those customers in the federal government.

Mahoney has extensive experience in federal sales and marketing, including more than 18-years with companies such as Computer Associates, Platinum Technology, and Federal Sources Inc. Through these companies he dealt with major federal agencies such as the Department of Veterans' Affairs, U.S. Postal Service and the U.S. Department of Justice, including the Department of Homeland Security
