Former Vignette CEO Greg Peters Joins Planview's Board of Directors

AUSTIN, Texas. — July 31, 2006 — Planview, Inc., a leading provider of comprehensive IT portfolio management solutions, today announced it has appointed Greg Peters, President and CEO of Zilliant, to its board of directors. Greg previously served as president and chief executive officer of Vignette Corporation.

Greg Peters is currently the President and CEO of Zilliant, an Austin based start-up delivering a software solution for profit and revenue optimization (PRO). Prior to Zilliant, Greg was Chairman and CEO at Vignette Corporation. Greg has extensive experience running software companies - including small start-ups, pre- and post-IPO companies as well as large companies. Prior to Vignette, Greg served as President and CEO of Logic Works, Inc. where he successfully navigated the company's rapid expansion into the enterprise business intelligence market. Before Logic Works, Greg served as CFO for Micrografx, Inc. Greg holds a B.A. from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.
