Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be made no later than September 18, 2009. Any cancellation requests or no-shows after September 19, 2009, are ineligible for a refund. Substitution requests can be submitted by October 2, 2009 by contacting Martha Garcia at (512) 349-8232 or horizons@planview.com.
