Louise Allen Louise Allen brings more than 15 years of experience in all facets of bringing technology products to market. Louise heads up product management for Planview, developing product strategy and overseeing execution and delivery.

Louise joined Planview from Quickarrow, where, as Vice President of Product Strategy, her efforts drove the company from self-funded startup to consistently profitable. Prior to this, she held leadership positions with companies including Tivoli Systems, an IBM company, and NetQoS. Louise received her BS in Business Administration from Trinity University, and her MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Maureen CarlsonMaureen Carlson has been providing strategic and tactical marketing services for over 14 years including product marketing, positioning, demand generation programs and sales enablement. Maureen's experience spans from upstart companies to larger established brands. Most recently, Maureen managed marketing programs and product marketing for LifeSize Communications including an extensive search engine marketing program and closed loop lead generation programs.

Maureen has also held various marketing roles at Pervasive Software, Parthus Technologies, Tivoli Software, VTEL, ConnectSouth and other companies. Maureen is experienced with sales and marketing automation systems including salesforce.com, Eloqua and other applications. Maureen has a BS/BA in management information systems and marketing from Bowling Green State University.

During 30-plus years of consulting and corporate experience, he has helped some of the world's most innovative companies -- from Global 100 to Silicon Valley startups -- build and manage brand equity and optimize product development portfolios. He is also a recognized thought leader on simplifying the customer experience and, as a Free Press and McGraw-Hill business author, his books have been published in eleven languages. Steven has devoted the past decade to creating a disciplined and more effective process to align innovation with the most compelling value propositions and increase customer satisfaction, competitive impact, and resource efficiency.

Jerry ManasJerry Manas is the author of the best-sellers Napoleon on Project Management and Managing the Gray Areas. Throughout his career as an author, speaker, and consultant, Jerry has built a reputation for taking complex information and processes and making them clear and accessible. As Senior Editor at Planview, he applies this passion to developing best practices that help organizations achieve breakthrough performance across a framework of processes and roles. Jerry's work has been highlighted in a variety of publications and he has appeared on radio programs nationwide. A prominent voice in the blogosphere, he is a founding member of the Project Management Institute's New Media Council, which keeps abreast of trending topics.

Erica Wang MartindaleErica Wang Martindale graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a double major in Plan II liberal arts honors and marketing. Upon graduation, she worked in several sales organizations doing both sales and account management before eventually moving on to an online advertising firm where she was promoted to the head of ad operations. There, Erica worked closely with her development team to create an assortment of new ad products using cutting edge technology. Eventually she decided that it was time to evaluate her career path and realized that what she enjoyed most was seeing the evolution of new products from development to marketplace introduction. Erica is now enjoying herself as the new product manager at Planview.

Carrie NauyalisCarrie Nauyalis manages the strategic direction and development of Planview Enterprise Product Portfolio Management and Planview Process Builder. Ms. Nauyalis began her career at Planview implementing portfolio management solutions and training clients around the world, specializing in large, international implementations. She is now creating new opportunities for Planview customers with offerings and features that extend the benefits of Planview Enterprise further into the world of product development. She also has been through Stage-Gate® training and consults with customers in the Planview Inner Circle Program.

Prior to Planview, Ms. Nauyalis held various systems engineering positions with Emerson Process. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Truman State and has a passion for traveling to exotic destinations like Egypt, Zimbabwe, Malaysia, and Dubai.

Robert L. ReadRobert L. Read attended Rice University and the University of Texas, where he received a PhD in Computer Science. Rob was a Principle Engineer at Hire.com and is now a Director of Product Development at Planview. He is the inventor of two patents and is the author of the essay How to be a Programmer. Having served on the board of Esperanto USA, he speaks Esperanto fluently. He is very slowly attempting to construct a device to allow human-powered thunniform swimming.

Rob ReesorRob Reesor is Vice President of Product Development at Planview, where he is responsible for managing and growing the development team while delivering on the company's product roadmap. He brings more than 25 years of experience in all phases of the product lifecycle, including programming, product management, quality assurance, and project management.

Rob joined Planview from Austin Logistics, where he served as Vice President of Engineering, overseeing software development, quality assurance, documentation, IT, and customer support. Prior to Austin Logistics, Rob served as Director of Product Development at Hire.com and held several management-level engineering positions with TIBCO, IntelliCorp, and Virtual Vineyards. Rob holds both a BS and MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Oregon.

Linda Roach Linda Roach brings 17 years of experience in product management, product marketing, and corporate marketing to her role as Vice President of Marketing for Planview. Upon joining the company in 2004, Linda led the launch of Planview Enterprise, repositioning the company from a single product to a highly successful multiple product line.

Prior to joining Planview, Linda held management positions at Pervasive Software, VTEL Corporation, and Kodak where she led go-to-market initiatives covering new products, product line expansion, and opening new market segments. Linda holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She has participated in Executive Education programs at the University of Michigan, Wharton School, and University of Texas at Austin.

Gabrielle Smith Gabrielle Smith has been developing strategic, research-based communications programs for 18 years and is the voice behind many of Planview's white papers, briefs, Web pages and more. She has a passion for learning what makes product-focused organizations tick and sharing those insights with any who will listen. An alumna of the University of Texas, Gabrielle believes that the power of technology lies in how we choose to use it to make our world a better place.

Patrick Tickle Patrick Tickle is responsible for the company's Products organization and leads the Planview team that continues to deliver the most innovative portfolio management solutions to the marketplace. Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in product management, product development, and marketing across a wide range of technology solutions.

Prior to joining Planview, Patrick served as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management of ITM Software where he executed category development and product definition. He has also held a variety of product management and marketing positions at Terraspring, Inc. (an enterprise software company acquired by Sun Microsystems), MIPS, and Silicon Graphics. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
