Jim Brown Founder and President of Tech-Clarity, Inc., is a recognized expert in software solutions for manufacturers and has 20 years of experience in application software, management consulting and industry research focused on the manufacturing industries. Jim founded Tech-Clarity Inc. in 2002. Since that time, Jim has served in a research and analyst role partnering with other analyst firms including, Technology Evaluation Centers (TEC), The PLM Evaluation Center and AMR Research. Additionally, Jim established Aberdeen Group's Product Innovation & Engineering Practice after they acquired Tech-Clarity in 2005 and subsequently served as VP and Group Director for Aberdeen's PLM and Manufacturing Industry Research Practices. In 2008, Jim established Tech-Clarity "2.0" to continue his mission to make the value of technology clear to business in the Web 2.0 era. Jim is an experienced author and public speaker and enjoys the opportunity to participate in conferences about improving business performance through software technology.

Don Creswell has lead sales and marketing for SmartOrg since it was founded in 2000. In addition to directing domestic and international sales, he manages partner alliances, writes ValuePoint™, SmartOrg's monthly e-newsletter, directs Webinar and conference programs and leads a partnership with SAP. He is currently a Fellow with the Society of Decision Professionals. Prior to founding SmartOrg, Don held senior management and executive positions at SDG Decision Systems, the Decision Quality Association, SRI International, Pan American World Airways and RCA Corporation.

Avjit Dugal is a senior consultant at Kalypso with over five years of professional experience. He specializes in new product development, quality assurance, market research, alliance marketing and stakeholder management. Avjit has experience in a number of industries including consumer durables, industrial manufacturing, nonprofit, and gaming. In these fields, he has held a variety of roles including marketing, engineering and strategy. Avjit has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning resources across multiple geographies and departments to deliver large-scale business programs.
Avjit is a key member of Kalypso's Portfolio & Pipeline Management practice, assisting client organizations with the implementation of decision-making disciplines in innovation and new product development. His experience includes the definition of portfolio strategy, portfolio analysis, resource management, and the implementation of gated development processes. Avjit has an MBA from the Kelley School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Sean has a background in marketing and design, and has developed a passion for technology and innovation. He brings experience in ideation, creative process management, product pipeline and life-cycle management, and IP portfolio governance. Mr. Klein has recently graduated with a Masters in Global Innovation Management from NC State University, where he has led multiple projects concerning new product development and commercialization processes.
