Sales Solution Consultant (U.S. Pre-sales)
Job Description
A Planview Solution Consultant serves as a senior consultative resource to the U.S. Sales Team. Planview Solution Consultants work very closely with the U.S. based sales team, which consists of a Sales Account Executives, Regional Sales Vice Presidents and Inside Sales Representatives. The Solutions Consultant routinely engages both internally and externally with Director, VP and C-level staff providing critical perspective and guidance on strategy, investments and innovation drawing upon their depth and breadth of technical and business impact knowledge. The goal will be to facilitate on-going projects and product demonstration that will help to start new initiatives and sell Planview solutions. In conjunction with the Sales Account Executive, the Solutions Consultant creates and articulates customer-specific technology solutions in a compelling way. The goal is to become a thought leader and trusted advisor to enterprise CIOs, CTOs, CTO office, VPs of Infrastructure, VPs of Applications, enterprise consultants and IT strategists.
- An understanding of the financial and technical challenges faced with running a business
- The ability to articulate and understand Planview software technology and the benefits that can be applied applications of Planview software and service solutions to customer environments
- A strong understanding of competitive technologies, competitor positioning, counter-arguments and emerging technologies that could be both cooperative and competitive
- Skills and knowledge in the areas of project & risk management, business finance and strategic account planning would be advantageous
- Minimum 2-4 years of enterprise solution selling experience along with technical sales experience
- Strong customer-facing and relationship building skill

Customer Care Consultant -- Enterprise Products
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, provide support for Planview customers, and document ticket information in detail within the tracking system
- Provide support on urgent or complex issues
- Develop action plans to assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions
- Properly manage customer expectations
- Work closely with Product Development to identify issues and develop resolutions
- Maintain Planview application product knowledge and on current and upcoming releases via self-training and scheduled training opportunities
- Assist with internal projects, as needed
- Provide assistance and mentoring to other consultants
- Assist Product Development with internal Quality Engineering and User Acceptance Testing
Qualifications
We are seeking an individual that has strong interpersonal skills, with a driven attitude toward success, who can work with limited supervision.

- Previous front-line product support experience
- Previous Planview experience
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and writing skills and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical users

RFP Coordinator
Job Description

We are currently searching for a detail-oriented, multi-tasking RFP Coordinator.
The RFP Coordinator would coordinate all phases of the company's proposal process in response to requests for proposals (RFPs). As the RFP Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing and managing responses to RFPs, RFIs and RFQs for potential clients, managing a database of response templates, and standard answers. You will also be responsible for streamlining the response process to ensure easier and faster responses, ongoing. The ability to meet deadlines, a commitment to teamwork, and attention to detail are key success factors for this role.
You will coordinate the company's overall response document with input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the company to fulfill the requirements of requests for proposals (RFPs) from prospective customers. This will include editing and, in some cases, writing responses to select items in the RFP.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate RFP responses, ensuring a match with the requirements of the prospect/client
- Work with other departments within the company, including sales, product management, development, hosting operations, finance and marketing to create customized answers to RFPs, RFIs and questionnaires from prospects
- Create, update and maintain company and product information necessary to complete responses to requests (including RFPs, various updates and ad hoc items)
- Collaborate and coordinate with senior team members and internal staff, to update and refine RFP response language, collateral materials and general corporate messaging
- Update and maintain RFP databases and ensure that all information is accurate for each product release and consistent with company branding
- Find efficiencies to improve the RFP process
- Build RFP tracking reports for management as needed
As the ideal candidate for this position you need:
- 2 - 3 years of work experience, prior experience answering and editing RFPs and RFIs a plus
- Detail orientated with the ability to quickly learn industry terminology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create thoughtful and compelling responses
- Strong work ethic with a passion for improving systems and processes
- Ability to work on multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Established skills in organization, time management and prioritization
