Jason Morio, Projectplace Global Segment Manager at Planview: In the span of his 18-year career in the technology space, Morio’s experience has run the gamut from roles in Fortune 1,000 companies all the way to the “four dudes, a dog and a garage” level of startups. Morio isn’t just a spokesperson for project collaboration and the notion of “virtual teams,” he lived it in true fashion having run a software development group in Romania from his bedroom desk in Austin. He now works with several multi-faceted virtual teams that span between Austin, Stockholm and Bangalore in his current role at Planview, where he helps companies, large and small, to overcome the challenges they face with the ever-changing nature of collaborative projects.

Ryan Doherty, Director of Interactive Marketing at Planview: Doherty’s technology career began 22 years ago and he has served in many roles from developer to team and project lead and global marketing manager. In his current role he began four and half years ago as Planview’s director of interactive marketing, Doherty manages the team that creates and maintains the company’s corporate web properties – from infrastructure and design to optimization and connecting into automated marketing systems to create demand. Prior to joining the Planview team, Doherty worked at IBM for 11 years in software group marketing.
