In 2022, Planview acquired Tasktop, a pioneer and leader in Value Stream Management (VSM).<\/p>\r\n

Tasktop founder, Dr. Mik Kersten, is the author of the best-selling book Project to Product: How to Survive and Thrive in the Age of Digital Disruption with the Flow Framework\u00ae<\/a> and host of the popular podcast, Mik+One.<\/p>\r\n

Today the Flow Framework\u00ae<\/a> is used by many of the Global 2000 as the blueprint for successful value stream management. The Flow Framework provides a structured, prescriptive approach to Value Stream Management in software delivery organizations.
