Innotas Is Short-Listed for the 2015 Red Herring Top 100 North America Award

Leading Cloud Portfolio Management Company Delivers Seamless Solution for Resource, Application and Project Management

"The short-list confirms the excellent foresight and strong innovations created by entrepreneurs in North America. By all measures, the remarkable group of companies comprising the Top 100 Short-list underlines the region's constant drive to innovate." Alex Vieux Publisher and CEO Red Herring

San Francisco, 06/02/2015 — Innotas announced today it has been short-listed for Red Herring's Top 100 North America award, a prestigious list honoring the year's most promising private technology companies from the North American business region. Innotas is a leading provider of Cloud Portfolio Management solutions that delivers a seamless way to manage projects, resources and applications across the enterprise.

Red Herring has been selecting the most exciting and promising start-ups and "scale ups" since 1995. Finalists are evaluated individually from a large pool of hundreds of candidates based across North America. The scoring process is based on twenty major criteria, including the candidate company's addressable market size, its IP and patents, financing, proof of concept, trailing revenues and management's expertise. Candidate companies are required to fill out a thorough submission and are selected based on evaluation criteria through a rigorous interview process. The list of finalists is intended to include the best performing and most prominent companies of the year within each industry.

This unique assessment of potential is supplemented by a review of the company's actual track record and standing, which allows Red Herring to base its conclusions on data rather than trends, and ultimately see past the "buzz," making the list a valuable instrument for discovering and advocating the highest ranked business opportunities in the industry. Hundreds of companies in the fields of security, cloud, software, hardware, big data, life sciences, mobile and other businesses entered to qualify for the award.

"The short-list confirms the excellent foresight and strong innovations created by entrepreneurs in North America. By all measures, the remarkable group of companies comprising the Top 100 Short-listunderlines the region's constant drive to innovate," said Alex Vieux, publisher and CEO of Red Herring.

The Top 100 winners will be announced during a special awards ceremony the evening of June 3 to present their winning technology for Red Herring North America.

In addition to the Red Herring finalist designation, Innotas was recently named a finalist for "Best Project Management Solution" by the CODiE awards, and selected for the fourth year in a row as one of "Best Places to Work" in the San Francisco Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times.
