As a proven transformation leader with deep expertise across product, go-to-market, and customer success, Matt brings more than 20 years of experience scaling technology companies through hypergrowth and strategic evolution.<\/p>\r\n<p>Matt most recently served as President of Field Operations at Planview, where he was critical to more than doubling the company&#8217;s revenue, transformed the go-to-market leadership team, integrated multiple acquisitions, and expanded Planview&#8217;s global footprint to India, throughout APAC, and to the Middle East. He originally joined Planview through the acquisition of Clarizen in February 2021, where he served as CEO and led the company through a successful go-to-market transformation and product strategy evolution.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prior to Clarizen, Matt was instrumental in scaling Marketo from $60 million in revenue through its $4.75 billion acquisition by Adobe, serving in multiple executive roles including Chief Customer Officer at Marketo and Vice President of Sales at Adobe. Throughout his career, he has led global teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Consulting, and Alliances, with comprehensive P&#038;L responsibility spanning new logo acquisition, expansion bookings, and revenue retention.<\/p>\r\n<p>Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, combining technical expertise with strategic business acumen.<\/p>\r\n<p>Matt lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Corey, and their sons, Lincoln and Colton. She has also held leadership positions with Tivoli Systems, an IBM company, and NetQoS. Jason\u2019s team at Planview is focused on customer success and all post-sales activities, including customer care, global learning and enablement, and professional services. <\/p>\r\n<p>Prior to his tenure at Planview, Jason was actively involved in the Austin startup community.  Previously, as Vice President of Products and founding team member at ReachForce (acquired by Leadspace), he helped scale the company to over 300 customers while securing Series A and B rounds of funding. He has also held leadership positions at Troux Technologies (acquired by Planview), Motive Communications (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent), RenewData (acquired by KLDiscovery) and several other technology companies. <\/p>\r\n<p>Throughout his career, Jason has demonstrated an enduring commitment to customer success, innovation and solving real problems with technology in the enterprise software space. His experience spans multiple domains including PPM, enterprise architecture, data management and integration. He then pioneered the integration of development tools with Agile and DevOps workflows while working on his Computer Science PhD at the University of British Columbia. She also has experience building highly productive and collaborative teams, which are globally distributed through North America, EMEA, and India.<\/p>\r\n<p>Before joining Planview in 2017, Beth was senior vice president of product engineering and cloud operations at WP Engine, leading product development and cloud operations for multiple global data centers hosting more than 500,000 websites. She also has held leadership positions at Zilliant, Vignette (acquired by Open Text), and Intergraph.<\/p>\r\n<p>Beth holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science from the University of Kentucky and was inducted into their Hall of Distinction in 2014. She has served on the UK College of Engineering Dean\u2019s Advisory Council for the last 15 years. Her distinctions include being honored as a Top 25 Profiles in Power &amp; Woman of Influence by the Austin Business Journal.<\/p>\r\n<p>Beth grew up in Horse Cave, Kentucky, as the only girl in a family of four brothers. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Beth loves playing golf (which she began at 12 years old) and watching all University of Kentucky sports, especially college basketball.
