Exploring the power of connection in business
Delivering the work that matters during times of turbulence
Companies are grappling with change across multiple vectors: from evolving market dynamics, fierce competition, and changing customer expectations, to new business models, shifting company strategies and entirely new ways of working. But where there’s turbulence, there’s also opportunity.
Innovative companies are taking advantage of these new opportunities to create a connected fabric across the enterprise that enables organizations to deliver powerful outcomes, driving on-strategy delivery at speed – even in times of change. Listen to Planview CEO Razat Gaurav and Harvard Business School Professor Dr. Frances Frei discuss how leaders can:
- create a sense of purpose to empower employees
- ensure that strategy is embedded into the hearts and minds of every person in the organization
