After gathering the key rationalization data and categorizing each Application in the portfolio, portfolio owners will have a greater understanding of the Applications within the portfolio. After the rationalization criteria has been captured, leverage the following reports to compare Applications in each Category for a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio, in addition to the reports provided in Step 1:

When creating a portfolio, users define a selection of data for a portfolio by selecting a subset of structures to include in the portfolio.
