The Capability and Innovation Center (CIC) in Bengaluru, India is one of Planview’s fastest growing teams, having grown by 300% in the last year. CIC is focused on building capabilities across Product Management, R&D, Data Science, IT Security, Customer Success and Care, Professional Services that service customers globally and developing next generation talent. Strategically located in the heart of Bengaluru – the technology hub of India, this center is a testament to Planview’s commitment to providing best-in-class services to our customers and to expanding our global footprint.

Gestion stratégique de portefeuilles

Planification Agile d'entreprise
Permet aux dirigeants, aux équipes de développement logiciel, aux responsables de la transformation et aux responsables Agile d'adopter de nouvelles méthodes de travail, de connecter les plans et le financement stratégiques à la réalisation Agile, et de déployer l'Agile à l'échelle à leur rythme, selon leurs propres critères. -
Value Stream Management
Permet la mise en place d'une couche de contrôle de bout en bout qui intègre et relaie avec précision les données de l'ensemble du cycle de développement produit pour offrir à toutes les parties prenantes une visibilité exhaustive sur la livraison de logiciels. -
Gestion de portefeuilles de produits
Apporte aux responsables R&D et aux organisations orientées produits les outils nécessaires pour prioriser les produits à forte valeur ajoutée, identifier les risques et les opportunités, et optimiser la capacité en ressources, tout en définissant le mix produits le plus propice à l'atteinte des revenus et de la rentabilité visés. -
Gestion intégrée des prestations de services
Permet aux organisations de services de connecter les capacités de gestion de projets, de ressources et financière pour bénéficier d'une vision à 360° du cycle de vie client, de la proposition à la facturation.

The Planview Capability and Innovation Center is located at RMZ Ecoworld, a prominent tech park located in Bengaluru. It is a sprawling commercial campus and caters to a wide range of tech companies in the neighborhood. Our office here is designed to provide state-of-the-art infrastructure and amenities for our employees. This campus is one of the most ambitious large-scale tech parks and has 16 towers in 80+ acres. The campus is home to hundreds of IT companies.
