We help organisations accelerate the flow of customer value delivered through software. Almost all delays in flow within any Value Stream can be attributed to technical and/or human constraints. Our Strategic Advisory, Technology and People consulting streams help you discover and remove these constraints. These include things such as decisions about what to build and in what order, team organisation, types or patterns of architecture, technical practices or your ways of working. Issues with flow are rarely isolated, so we work to optimise for the whole Value Stream – and avoid the local optimisations that make no contribution to the whole. We work with Planview’s Flow Framework® and Planview® Viz because they are invaluable in identifying, measuring and resolving issues with flow.
