Context

SNCF group offers a full range of mobility solutions through its different businesses.

SNCF is organized around a parent company and different line of business subsidiairies (SNCF Réseau, SNCF Gares & Connexions, Rail Logistics Europe, SNCF Voyageurs, Geodis and Keolis).

To obtain public subsidiaries to increase its capacity for innovation in its various business areas, SNCF must ensure its eligibility for the french Research Tax Credit (CIR), a complex process requiring the consolidation and iterative validation of a great flow of informations. In order to gain in productivity and reliability to identify and value its rights to the research tax crdit, SNCF uses the Planview collaborative platform (previously One2Team).

The entire process is digitized in Planview in which all SNCF teams provide the most accurate information in a timely manner, in conjunction with the GAC Group teams, specialist in innovation financing.
