Planview to Lead Innovation Discussion at Frost & Sullivan Executive Mind Xchange
Carrie Nauyalis to facilitate roundtable on value of external collaboration in innovation and product development
AUSTIN, Texas – January 8, 2016
Carrie Nauyalis, innovation and new product development solution evangelist for Planview®, will facilitate a roundtable on best practices for collaborative innovation during this month’s Frost & Sullivan Executive Mind Xchange. The conference, which focuses on new product innovation and development, takes place Jan. 11-13 in San Diego.
Organizations that avoid external collaboration may be missing out on the next big breakthrough. Engaging in “coopetition,” may be stretching it, but it’s time to embrace open innovation by expanding networks and partnerships to include thought leaders from around the globe, whether in a garage or a classroom.
Attendees will learn:
- Key success factors around the people, processes and tools necessary to eliminate the barriers for external collaboration
- Best practices to help avoid some of the common pitfalls in innovation collaboration
- Steps for increasing innovation potential
